Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to find information about our foot care service and book a home visit. This statement explains how accessible this website is and how to tell us if something is difficult to use.

Last updated: 4 November 2026

What we have done

  • The site is built with a responsive layout so it can be read and used on phones, tablets and desktop screens.
  • Text can be enlarged using your browser's zoom or text-size settings without loss of content.
  • Images carry descriptive alternative text, and decorative icons are hidden from screen readers.
  • Interactive elements, including buttons, links, form fields and the mobile menu, can be reached and operated with a keyboard.
  • Contact-form fields have visible labels and appropriate autocomplete settings for easier completion.
  • Content is written in clear, plain English and is structured with headings for easier navigation.

Areas we are still improving

Some parts of the site rely on third-party services that we do not control, such as the Cliniko online booking system and Google Maps. Their accessibility is determined by those providers. If you have difficulty using the online booking system, please call or message us and we will book your appointment for you.
