These terms apply to appointments and treatments provided by The Footery, a mobile foot health service offering home visits across East London and Essex.

The Footery provides mobile foot care in clients' own homes, delivered by a Foot Health Practitioner. Treatment is routine foot care — toenail cutting, full foot treatments, diabetic foot care, thickened toenail reduction, corn and callus treatment and hard skin treatment. It is not medical treatment, diagnosis or podiatry, and it is not a substitute for advice from your GP or another healthcare professional.
Prices are confirmed when you book. Payment is taken at the appointment by cash, card or bank transfer.
Appointments can be booked online through Cliniko, by telephone on 020 8058 2170 or by WhatsApp on 07732 421529. Please provide your full address and any access details when booking, and let us know about any relevant health conditions in advance.
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please give as much notice as possible — at least 24 hours is appreciated — so the time can be offered to another client. Where an appointment is cancelled at short notice or you are not available on arrival, a charge may apply to cover travel and reserved time. Please contact us to reschedule.
Please tell us before your appointment if you have diabetes, poor circulation, a blood-thinning condition, a skin or nail infection, or any other condition that may affect treatment. In some circumstances we may advise that treatment cannot go ahead safely, or that you should speak to your GP or another healthcare professional first.
We will carry out treatment with reasonable care and skill, using clean, sterilised and single-use instruments. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us so we can put things right.
